“ Pasta is al dente and they didn’t skimp on the shrimp but we ordered soup of the day which was supposedly cream based and we had tomato based soup. Was fine still delicious but we could have been informed ”
“ Pomodoro is an old school Italian American restaurant, and I don't mean that in a bad way. One menu item stands out for me though, it's the Grandma Pizza. For my money ($22 to be exact - not bad at all!) it's one of the top 2 pizzas in town. Service is friendly but not over the top, and prices are super reasonable. ”
“ We loved the food and service! The shrimp Alfredo was AMAZING! I had the Strawberry Lemon Drop martini and it was very good. Pasta was fresh. Food came out hot. Nothing negative to say. Will visit again on our next trip to Durham. ”
“ Our sever, Crystal, did a great job taking care of us. Our food came out hot and delicious. We got two desserts to take home and we might have to stop back in to buy up the rest of the case. We're visiting from out of town, but we'll definitely make a stop here again! ”
“ Nice place for a date, if you looking for good food and service that will not break your pockets. The server was knowledgeable, very nice and very quick. Food came out so fast I was still buttering my second helping of the free bread. I love it! My meal felt as if were melting in my mouth it was so good and while eating I was already thinking about what to order when I come back. Definitely coming back! I didn’t get to try the drinks or dessert but I’m going to be making a special trip back just for that. Promise to have an update! ”
